The MCI 4-44 Series pc mount transformer is 4,000-Volt RMS Hipot, available in a variety of sizes. Maximum operating temperature 155°C. Available with either 115V or dual 115/230V primary.
MCI Transformer’s split bobbin and non-concentric winding provide better insulation and high signal isolation, thus eliminating the need for electrostatic shielding. These transformers are designed to pass VDE’s strict creepage distance requirements. Adaptations of standard transformers are also available. Dots on schematics shown below indicate like polarity. UL60601-1 and CSA-C22.2 601.1-M90 certified construction. Meets UL1097 double insulation requirements.
