MCI 4-54 Series

The MCI 4-54 Series chassis mount transformers meet the requirements of UL506, CSA22.2 #6, EN 60742, and IEC 742. These transformers are 100% tested, including a 4000 VRMS Hipot. Rugged or fast on screw type shock proof terminals handle high current and provide insulated field connection.

Also classified as an industrial control, international and medical isolation transformer, MCI’s 4-50 series is designed with better than 7.5% regulation and low leakage current for medical applications.

Adaptations of standard transformers are also available.

CAUTION—–INSTALLATION AND CONNECTIONS SHOULD BE DONE BY QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN OR ENGINEER ONLY.

LOCAL ELECTRICAL CODES/REGULATIONS MUST BE OBSERVED.

DANGER OF FIRE OR ELECTRICAL SHOCK COULD RESULT FROM INCORRECT INSTALLATION OR CONNECTIONS.

MCI 4-54 transformers are designed to accommodate a wide range of input and output voltage combinations or to compensate for various high line or low line applications.

Below is a list of various connections for different voltages. It is also possible to accommodate other voltages by using combinations of input and output jumpers. . Feel free to contact factory to configure connections for special requirements. Be sure to measure output voltages before connecting load. Remember no-load output voltage will be around 5% greater than voltage out when load is applied.
