The MCI 4-49 Series chassis mount transformers are 4,000-Volt RMS Hipot and come in a variety of sizes. Maximum operating temperature 155°C. Available with either 115V or dual 115/230V primary. Our split bobbin and non-concentric winding provide better insulation and high signal isolation, thus eliminating the need for electrostatic shielding.
These transformers are designed to pass VDE’s strict creepage distance requirements. This series is also classified and approved as a medical isolation and international transformer. Adaptations of standard transformers are also available. Dots on schematics shown below indicate like polarity.
